When you are ready to buy something in a foreign currency you need it fast and simple. Not something clumsy. This is the program. And if you get it updated on wifi you have the numbers from the last currency update. Get it. Forget the others!!

Ive had this App for a few years now and its always has been a reliable tool. The latest update continues that tradition so much I paid to drop the ad banner.

5/12/15 update Thank you for listening! Love the latest update. I really wanted that option for a dark theme and bold text. Im a happy user again. ---------------- 4/13/15 update Classic example of fixing something that aint broke. The new design is too bright, hard to read and ugly. ----------------- Simple layout, easy to use and its fast and smooth. The small ads are non-intrusive and a small price to pay for a great and free app.

Timely accurate exchange rates. Great for frequent international travelers.

The previous version wasn’t great. This one is. You listened and tweaked what badly needed to be tweaked, and now I’m using it all the time again. Appreciate it!

I love this app. Have traveled to 27 countries in the last five years and have used this app totally and often. Tried one other, and obviously paid too much as it was way over complicated and not user friendly. This app, and its developer, are approachable and terrific. As others have said, the new version was a bit wonky at first but just an email to the developer and voilà, its great.

Thanks for listening to our feedback. The new, darker layout option is fantastic! Should be the default option as its so much better! Other Suggestions/Comments: ===> the advertisement banner at the bottom is way too close to the number "0". Several times now I ended up being taken to an app which is supposed to tell me "who Ill marry?!" while I was trying to type three zeroes. <=== 1) To save space (so the font can become even thicker/easier to read) Id use country name & currency name versus the possessive form of a countrys name. In other words Hungary • Forint versus the present Hungarian Forint. Norway • Krone versus Norwegian Krone, etc. This method saves several letters (Switzerland/Swiss is the exception). It also makes country names easier to find for non-native English speakers, i.e. the majority of this apps users. 2) Im ecstatic! that the clicking sounds are no longer ultra-loud! Thank you!!! 3) Lithuanian Litas is still listed while Latvian Lat isnt? Both are amongst the 19 €uro nations and joined the €-Zone within 12 months of each other. 4) The € area should be listed as €uro Zone • €. There are 19 members of the EU who participate. In other words not all EU members are in the €uro Zone. 5) Listing the 19 € - Zone countries separately with € symbol next to the countrys name wouldnt be a bad idea either! I.e., Germany • €, Finland • €, Latvia • €, etc... Why? Technically they are still independent countries and no one travels to the EU, people travel to Germany, Finland, Latvia, etc., etc. 6) Why is it called "New" Taiwan Dollar?? Have been flying in there for years and its been the very same Taiwan Dollar for quite some time. In fact, it became "New" Taiwan Dollar in 1949! So it should be either Taiwan Dollar, or if you persist, Taiwan New Dollar, as the country is not new, the currency is. Well, 66 years "new". ;) 7) This apps previous version didnt work in China and Dubai. To be more precise itd show values that were almost a year old. I just tried it in Dubai and now it works great and the currency rates are up-to-date!! In the next few weeks Ill be able to test it again in mainland China. Hopefully itll work there too and Ill revisit to change this comment then.

I use this app all the time during my travels, its such a convenient too to have.

Never had a problem and its very easy to use.

Couldnt be easier to use. I deleted the other currency converter I had after finding this.

I travel the globe and live by this app. Love it. Would be 5 stars but most recent update trashed all my currency/country settings, returning the app to default view. No biggie - but as a software guy, I know this is a big no-no.

I found that not to many free apps give this much info and are not as accurate as this ,I also recommend upgrading to pro.

Wont allow to Change the base currency. Too bad.

..with a clean, intuitive interface. Before your trip you can stack up whichever currencies you could encounter and have them in front of you. No hassle or dicking around.

I miss the old version and wish that I didnt update to the new. With the old version whatever currency I converted would hover / stay in view as I scrolled through comparing to various other currencies. If the app folks bring back this feature Ill change my rating but as is the app is difficult for me to use.

Good enough but in notifications center i cant see the last currency. It has to be fixed, please

Love the interface. Unfortunately it failed me when I was offline and this app did not have the currency conversion for Macau when I needed it.

I use this to compare four currencies almost daily. Great app. I have used it for at least three years now. It is simple. It will work offline too. (It uses the previously saved exchange rate.) This is useful if you are wanting to avoid international data roaming or dont want to swap SIM cards. I recommend this app to my employees for their iPhones. - Drew (expat in Hong Kong)
